How we decide what ships
Men Starter Pack is a curated essentials brand. Each starter pack solves one clear problem — travel, desk, gym, grooming — with a short list of products that earn daily use.

Quality is not the most expensive option. It is the product that stays useful, feels solid in hand, and does not create clutter. We prefer:
- Fewer SKUs with a higher bar for inclusion
- Materials and finishes you want to keep using

2-year warranty
Every item we ship is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails under normal use within that window, contact us with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from accidents. When in doubt, write to us — we resolve edge cases case by case.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return a pack or individual items you do not want. Returns should be unused and in original packaging when practical. Refunds go back to the original payment method within a few business days after we receive the return.

Manufacturing defects under normal use — for example a zipper failure, broken clasp, or defect that appears without misuse. It does not cover wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
How do I start a warranty claim?
Email us from the contact page with your order number, a short description, and clear photos. We typically reply within one business day and arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return only one item from a pack?
Yes. You can return individual items within 30 days of delivery. Unused condition and original packaging help us process the refund faster.
How do you choose products for each pack?
We define one problem per pack, shortlist candidates, use them ourselves, and reject most options. The pack only ships when every item clears that bar.
Are your packs the cheapest option?
No — and that is intentional. We aim for fair pricing versus buying the same essentials separately, not the lowest possible cart total with filler.
