How do I place an order?
Pick a pack, add it to cart, and check out. You'll get an order confirmation by email right away.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery is typically 2–4 business days within Slovakia and 5–7 business days across the EU.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over €100. Under that, shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the EU at launch. Duties and delivery times are shown at checkout. More regions are coming — join the email list for updates.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email.
Returns & warranty
What is your return policy?
30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. No drama — email us and we'll sort it.
How do I start a return?
Email support@menstarterpack.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within one business day.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the return, refunds land within a few business days on the original payment method.
Is there a warranty?
Every item is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What isn't covered by the warranty?
Normal wear, misuse, and damage from drops or liquid aren't covered. If something fails under fair use, we make it right.

How do the starter packs work?
Each pack is a curated box of essentials for a specific need — desk, travel, gym, and more. Pick a pack and we ship everything together in one box.
Can I buy items separately?
Not at launch. The value is the curation — one decision, done. Individual items may come later.
How were items selected?
We tested alternatives in each category. Only winners made the cut — no filler.
Who is each pack for?
Anyone who wants fewer decisions and better essentials. Office/desk for focused work setups; other packs for travel, gym, EDC, and similar use cases.
What's inside the box?
Exact contents are listed on each product page. Packaging is minimal and recyclable — thick cardstock, tissue wrap, no plastic filler.
Gifts & support
Can I gift a pack?
Absolutely. Packs are built to hand over — clean packaging, ready to give.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Add a gift note at checkout and we'll include it in the box.
Will the price show in the box?
No. We keep the invoice out of gift orders so the price stays between you and us.

What payment methods do you accept?
